1) Please include your Legislative District (House) and Congressional District numbers.  You can find this at: https://ssl.capwiz.com/congressorg/officials/congress/?view=myofficials&azip=84108&bzip=&lvl=L&submit.x=12&submit.y=13&submit=go.  Enter your ZIP Code (9-digits preferred).  Once there, you will see your current elected officials under "Representative" (Congressional District) and "House of Representatives" (State Legislative District).  Next to their name you will see the districts they represent.  All districts in your ZIP Code will be shown, so if possible, enter the entire 9-digit code and you will see the exact information needed.  Or, you can enter your address and you will get the correct information.  Enter these two numbers in the Comments section above as follows: House District ___  and Congressional District ___.

2) Please also let us know if you are willing to be a contact for your Legislative District.  This is how you can hold your leaders accountable adn tell them what you want.  We encourage you to contact your Representative and Senators to ask them to vote for and sponsor "Freedom Bills".  We need your help.  Please join us in the Cause of Freedom and restore our God-given freedoms and rights.
